About Tellsell: an online store shops can really use
This page is about Tellsell, an online store for shops in Thailand, run from the LINE chat you already use every day. It is made by foxworks, a web agency that wants every shop to have a good-looking online store without learning a new system.

Many Thai shops sell through chat. Customers ask for prices and sizes, then transfer money in the chat. The owner writes orders down by hand, answers the same questions again and again, and checks slips one by one.
Traditional online store systems are often made for people with time at a computer: many settings pages and form after form. A café open from early morning, or a nail artist whose hands are busy all day, does not have that time.
We believe every shop deserves a simple, professional online store. So Tellsell works where owners already are: the LINE chat. Send a photo, say the price, AI writes the listing, you check it and publish. Customers order and pay by PromptPay in a shop of your own.
The principles behind Tellsell
You always decide
Nothing goes live until you tap Publish, and Undo is there when something slips.
AI does not make things up
AI writes only what it sees in the photo or what you tell it. It never adds facts.
Money goes straight to you
Customers pay by PromptPay into the shop's own account. We never hold your money.
A shop, not a website builder
One carefully made shop design. You choose only a logo, a banner photo and a colour; no designing needed.
Each shop's data kept apart
A shop's customer data is seen only by that shop. Payment slips are stored privately.
Thai first
Everything starts in Thai: the shop, the chat and the docs. Shops with foreign customers can add English.
Who makes Tellsell
Tellsell is made and run by foxworks, a web agency for businesses. We saw that many shops do not need a big website; they want a shop where customers can choose, order and pay on their own.
If your business one day wants a full website, foxworks can build it. Your products and photos in Tellsell carry over without retyping, and you can keep updating them from LINE.
Tellsell is an independent service used through the LINE app. It is not part of LINE and is not endorsed by LINE.
