Can customers book a time on the website?
Not with Tellsell. Customers buy a course or pay a deposit, then agree a time with you in LINE. For online booking, add foxconnect.app from foxworks: a separate service with its own setup, linked from your website.
Does Tellsell count visits on a course?
No. Your order history shows who bought a course and when, but not how many visits are used. Keep track of visits the way your spa already does.
How do gift vouchers reach the customer?
After you tap Paid, send the voucher image or code by LINE or your shop's email. Tellsell does not create vouchers or codes for you.
Can a massage shop just starting out use the Free plan?
Yes. The Free plan shows 3 items and takes 5 orders a month. A good way to try selling gift vouchers.
