- Product update:
- one each time you publish a new or edited product. Changing several details at once counts as one. Stock, sold out, opening hours, orders, Undo and new products in your first 30 days are free.
- AI process:
- one each time the AI reads something you send: a message, a voice note or a set of photos. Tapping buttons never counts.

Every shop starts on Free, with no card, and can upgrade any time · Free is one shop per person · Extra updates: 50 for 199 THB or 150 for 499 THB, valid 12 months · Yearly: pay 10 months, use 12 · Prices include 7% VAT
What counts as an update, and what is free
One update is one change you publish: a new product, an edited product or new About text. Most day-to-day work never counts.
Top-ups, yearly billing and changing plans
Top-ups
50 updates for 199 THB or 150 for 499 THB, valid 12 months. Your monthly updates are used first, then the top-up.
Yearly: 2 months free
A yearly plan costs 10 months and runs for 12. Updates still start again every month.
Upgrade at once
A bigger plan takes effect immediately. You pay only the difference for the days left and get the extra updates for them.
Downgrade, lose nothing
It takes effect at the next billing date. Products above the new limit are hidden from the shop, never deleted.
AI processes
Each message, voice note or photo set the AI reads counts as one. Starter 50 a day, Business 150, Pro 300. Normal use is 5 to 20 a day.
Payments by plan
Every plan takes PromptPay QR. Card and wallet payments through Payso (coming soon) on Business and Pro.
Only paid orders count
Fake orders and orders nobody pays never use up your plan. If paid orders go past your plan, your shop keeps taking orders as normal, and we let you know at 80% and 100%.
Questions about online store pricing
Does Tellsell take a percentage of my sales?
No. Buyers pay into your shop's PromptPay directly. You pay only for your plan.
What if paid orders go over my plan for months?
Over the limit two months in a row, the plan moves up one level at the next billing date, with notice.
If updates run out mid-month, does my shop stop?
No. Your shop and orders work as normal, and free changes such as sold out, stock, opening hours and orders still go through. To add or edit products, top up or upgrade from the buttons in the chat.
If I miss a payment, do I lose my data?
Not straight away. There is a grace period with email reminders. After that the shop closes temporarily, nothing is deleted, and you can export your data at any time.
