Questions
Every piece is different. Do I list them one by one?
If each piece really is different, list each as its own product with a stock of 1. If they are the same design in different colours, use choices in one product. New products in the first 30 days never count as updates.
Can I take custom orders?
Yes, as a product, such as "Name-engraved mug, made to order, 2 weeks". The buyer pays, then you agree the details in your shop's LINE chat. Tellsell has no custom-order form or quotes.
I also sell at fairs. Will my stock stay right?
When something sells at the fair, type "blue mug sold out" or "2 left" in LINE and your online shop matches. Sold out and stock counts never count as updates.
Will my photos be shrunk until they look bad?
Each photo is made in three sizes, the largest 1,600 pixels wide for the product page, so buyers see the detail of your work and the shop still loads fast on phones.
