AI cost for online stores, with no separate bill
The AI cost for online stores is often hard to predict: many AI tools charge per use or need a subscription of their own. Tellsell includes AI in every plan, the Free plan too. You pay for your shop plan and nothing per AI process.
Where AI costs usually hide
AI tools usually charge in one of two ways: per use, in credits or tokens, or as a monthly subscription on top of your shop. The more products you add, the harder the bill is to predict.
Tellsell works differently. AI is included in every plan, with no per-message charges. Each plan has a daily number of AI processes (Starter 50, Business 150, Pro 300), which already allows for busy days of adding products. Tapping buttons never counts.
What a plan counts is updates: changes you publish. See each plan's updates and prices on the pricing page.
What is one update?
Only Publish counts. Chatting with AI, editing a draft and cancelling never do.
Counts when you publish
A new product, an edited product or price, or new About text is one update. However many times you adjust the draft, it counts once.
New products free for 30 days
In the first 30 days after you open, new products do not count as updates (up to your plan's product limit).
Stock and sold out are free
Setting a stock count, marking sold out or back in stock never counts.
Shop info is free
Opening hours, the banner line, address and phone change without counting.
Orders and Undo are free
Paid, Shipped, Cancel and Undo never count as updates.
The second language is free
In a two-language shop on Business and Pro, the second language never counts as an extra update.

Questions
Are there hidden AI costs?
No. AI is already in the plan price. There are no per-message bills and no credits to buy.
How are AI processes counted?
One counts each time AI has to read what you sent: text, photos or a voice note. Tapping buttons such as Publish, Orders or Undo never counts.
What if I run out of updates before the month ends?
Buy 50 more for 199 THB or 150 for 499 THB, valid 12 months, or upgrade your plan. Meanwhile, sold out, stock, opening hours and orders keep working.
What if I use all my AI processes in one day?
Tellsell asks you to try again tomorrow. The daily number is there to stop runaway use and already allows for busy days of adding products.
