Want online booking?

Can patients pick an appointment time on the website?
Not with Tellsell. Tellsell sells packages and takes deposits, and the clinic agrees the time in LINE. For online booking, add foxconnect.app from foxworks: a separate service with its own setup, linked from the clinic's website.
What can a clinic advertise on its website?
Advertising by medical facilities is regulated in Thailand. The clinic is responsible for the words and photos on its own website, including any advertising approval the law requires. Tellsell does not check or endorse the content, and AI writes only from what you tell it.
What patient data is kept?
Only what an order needs: name, phone and email if the buyer gives one. There is no place for medical history; please don't ask for health details in the order note.
A patient cancels. How is the deposit refunded?
You transfer it back yourself, outside Tellsell. A paid order you cancel shows "Refund due" until you mark it refunded.
