AI shop commands and what they do

Every message comes back as a preview to check, and goes live when you tap Publish.

“(photo) Iced latte, 65 a glass”Adds a new product. AI writes the name, description and category, then sends a preview to check.

“ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง 120”An English shop always gets English listings. Type in Thai and AI writes "Mango sticky rice" for you.

“Iced latte, price 70”Changes the price of an existing product. A price far from the usual gets a quick check first.

“Cat T-shirt, sizes S, M, L, same price”Adds size options. Buyers pick a size when adding to cart.

“3 gradient mugs left”Sets the stock count. After 3 sales it shows as sold out by itself. (Not an update)

“Size M, 2 left”Sets stock for size M only; other sizes stay the same. (Not an update)

“Medium roast is sold out”Shows the product as sold out; buyers cannot order it until it is back. (Not an update)

“Medium roast is back in stock”The product is on sale again. (Not an update)

“Open every day 8am to 5pm”Updates the opening hours on your shop. (Not an update)

“Closed this Monday”Shows "Closed Monday" on your shop and removes it after that day. (Not an update)

“About: we roast our own coffee every week, open since 2019”Writes your About page from what you told it.

“Shop address: 25 Nimmanhaemin Road, Chiang Mai”Updates the address in your shop's contact details. (Not an update)

“Delete coffee milk pour”Removes the product from your shop (owner only). Tap "Undo" to bring it back.

“Shorter please”Makes the draft's description about half as long.

“Put it under cold drinks”Moves the product to that category, or creates it if it does not exist yet.

“(photo) Add this photo to the gradient mug”Adds the photo to an existing product, up to 10 photos each.

Something missing

Forgot something? AI asks

If a message is missing something it needs, such as the price, or it is unclear which product you mean, AI asks just one question. A short answer is enough to carry on.

Tips for messages that work

Name the product

Say which product to change. If several look alike, AI asks which one you mean.

One thing at a time

One message, one change works best. Tweaks to a draft, like "shorter, price 420", can go together.

Any language

Thai, English or casual mixed speech. AI understands and writes in your shop's main language.

The menu helps too

Tap "Add product", "Edit product" or "Shop info" and follow Tellsell's lead. Tapping buttons never counts as an AI process.

Do I have to type these exactly?

No. They are only examples. Say or type it however suits you.

Can I send these as voice notes?

Yes. Every message on this page works as a voice note of up to 2 minutes.

Can my staff use these messages?

Staff can add and edit products, change prices, set stock and handle orders. Deleting products, shop info, the About page and Undo are for the owner.
