Tellsell is an online store for cafés that you run without sitting at a computer. Send a photo of a new drink, or say what has sold out or when you are closed, in the LINE you use every day. Customers order ahead, scan PromptPay, then pick up or get it delivered.

Opening hours
Type "open 7am to 4pm, closed Mondays" and your shop shows the new hours.
A notice at the top
A short line like "Closed for Songkran", with a last day. After that day it disappears.
Choices at one price
Such as normal, less or no sugar, or beans whole or ground. Customers choose when they order.
Pickup or delivery
Offer pickup, one flat delivery fee, or free delivery above an amount you set.
Beans and gifts
Sell roasted beans, drip bags or whole cakes, with a stock count per product or per choice.
PromptPay to your account
The QR has the amount filled in and pays your account directly. Cards and wallets through Payso are coming soon on Business and Pro.

Good for birthday cakes, coffee gift sets or a morning meeting order.

Questions
Can customers choose a pickup time?
Tellsell has no booking calendar. Customers write a time in the note when they order, or message you with your shop's LINE button on their order page.
Small and large cups cost different amounts. What do I do?
Choices in one product share one price. If cup sizes are priced differently, add them as separate products, such as "Iced coffee 16 oz" and "Iced coffee 22 oz".
Do I have to watch for orders all day?
No. Unpaid orders cancel themselves after 24 hours and their stock returns (you can change the time). Orders with a slip always wait for you to confirm.
Can my staff update the shop?
Yes. Business has 3 LINE users and Pro has 10, owner included. Staff use their own LINE to add products, change stock and handle orders.
