PromptPay QR for online stores, with the amount filled in
PromptPay QR for online stores, done for you: Tellsell makes a new QR for every order, exact to the baht. Buyers scan and pay in their banking app, and the money goes straight to your account. Confirming it arrived is up to you: you tap Paid after checking your banking app.
How PromptPay QR for online stores works
- 1
Enter your PromptPay ID once
At app.tellsell.app, enter the phone number or tax ID your PromptPay is linked to.
- 2
Every order gets its own QR
The total and delivery fee are worked out from your shop's data, and the QR carries that amount, with the order number for the transfer note.
- 3
The buyer pays and attaches the slip
They scan with their banking app, then attach a picture of the slip on the order page.
- 4
You check, then tap Paid
Open your banking app to see the money really arrived, then tap Paid in LINE.
Easy for buyers, clear for you
Exact amount, no typing
Buyers never type the amount, so fewer transfers come in short or over.
The order number alongside
The order number is shown with the QR for the transfer note, so matching money to orders is easy.
Money to your account
Payments go straight to your shop's PromptPay. Tellsell never holds money.
Use your own QR picture
If you only have a bank QR, upload its picture. Buyers scan it and type the amount shown on the order page.
Slips reach you and stay private
Each time a buyer attaches a slip, you get an email, plus a LINE alert within your plan. Tap View slip on the order card and it opens through a private link that works for 15 minutes. Slips are stored apart from product photos, and only your shop can see them.
A slip is not proof. Check your banking app every time
Fake slips are common in online selling, because a slip is only a screenshot. So Tellsell never confirms a payment from a slip for you. Tap Paid only when you see the money in your account.
Questions
Which PromptPay IDs work?
The phone number or tax ID your PromptPay is linked to. If you only have a bank QR, upload its picture instead.
What if the buyer never pays?
Unpaid orders cancel after 24 hours and the stock goes back. Your shop can change the time.
A slip came in, but I'm busy. Will I lose the order?
No. Orders with a slip never cancel by themselves and stay at the top of Orders. If one waits more than a day, you get a reminder email every day.
Can I change my PromptPay ID in LINE?
No. For safety, payment settings change only on the web at app.tellsell.app, after logging in, because that is where buyers' money goes.
