For shop owners
The quickest way is to tap Help in the menu at the bottom of the Tellsell chat in LINE, or open the documentation. If you still need help, email hello@tellsell.app with your shop address (such as yourshop.tellsell.app) so we can help you faster.
You can reply to any alert email Tellsell sends you; your reply reaches our team.
Plans, billing and data exports are on your dashboard at app.tellsell.app.
For customers who ordered from a shop
Shops on Tellsell are the sellers and handle their own orders. For questions about a product, payment, delivery or a refund, contact the shop directly: tap the shop's LINE button on your order page or in your email, or reply to the shop's email. Your message goes to the shop.
If you find a shop selling illegal goods or acting dishonestly, tell us at hello@tellsell.app.
