At app.tellsell.app you set your logo, banner, colours, payments, delivery and staff, see your order history and download your data. Payment settings can only be changed on the web: that is where buyers' money goes, so nobody should be able to change it from a chat.

Tellsell is an independent service. It is not part of LINE, and it is not endorsed by or partnered with LINE. We chose LINE because it is the app shop owners already have open every day, so running a shop does not start with learning a new app.

You do not need your own LINE Official Account. Add Tellsell as a friend and link it to your shop once. Buyers never see this chat: they shop on your web shop and contact you through your own channels.

Do I need my own LINE Official Account?

No. Use your own LINE account. Add Tellsell as a friend and link it to your shop once from your account pages.

Do buyers need to add anything in LINE?

No. Buyers shop on your web shop, such as yourshop.tellsell.app, and pay by PromptPay without creating an account.

Can my staff help?

Yes. Staff use their own LINE to add products and handle orders. How many LINE users you can have depends on your plan.
