Why are LINE alerts limited?
An instant alert is a message Tellsell sends to you first, and LINE charges for each of those. Replies to your taps and messages cost nothing, so the Orders button is unlimited on every plan.
Can I buy more alerts?
Not separately. For more, upgrade: Business includes 300 and Pro 1,500 a month.
Who gets the LINE alerts?
The shop owners linked in LINE. Staff see orders with the Orders button. Emails go to your shop's order email.
Do alerts count as updates?
No. Alerts and every order button never count as updates.
How does a Free shop get alerts?
