New products, prices, sold out: every change comes as a preview. Nothing goes live until you tap Publish.
No invented facts
AI writes only what is in the photo or what you said. It never guesses brand, size or authenticity.
Odd prices get checked
If a price is far from the rest of your shop, AI asks which one you meant.
Prohibited items held
Items that may not be sold online or look counterfeit do not go live; our team checks them first.
Undo
Tap "Undo" to take back your last change, for 3 to 90 days depending on your plan.
Owner and staff roles
Staff can add products and handle orders. Deleting products, changing shop info and Undo are for the owner.

Typing fast, it is easy to add or drop a zero. If a price is far from your shop's usual range, Tellsell asks first, with buttons to tap instead of retyping.
Buyer data handled under PDPA
Buyers' names, phone numbers and addresses are visible only to your shop. The shop is the data controller and Tellsell processes the data on its behalf, as set out in our terms. Checkout shows buyers a short privacy notice.

Questions
Will the AI post anything by itself?
No. AI only drafts. Everything goes live when you tap Publish.
Which items are held for review?
Items that may not be sold online in Thailand or look counterfeit, such as weapons, medicines, e-cigarettes, alcohol or fake branded goods, wait for our team to check them.
How far back can I undo?
It depends on your plan: Free 3 days, Starter 7 days, Business 30 days and Pro 90 days. Deleted products come back with Undo too.
Can I trust the slips buyers send?
A slip is a reference, not proof, because fake slips exist. Always check that the money arrived in your bank app before you tap "Paid".
Can other shops see my data?
No. Everything is kept separate per shop. One shop can never see another shop's products, orders or buyer details.
