Create your shop

Opening a shop takes a few minutes. You sign up once at app.tellsell.app, choose a plan, pick a shop name, and your shop is online at yourshop.tellsell.app within seconds. Nothing has to be built or installed.

The account pages are being built

The account pages at app.tellsell.app are still being built. This page describes the steps as the account pages will work, so there are no screenshots yet, and button names on the site may differ slightly at launch.

Before you start

• LINE on your phone: the account you will run the shop with every day.
• Your shop’s PromptPay: the phone number or tax ID your PromptPay is registered to, or a payment QR image from your banking app.
• An email address for order and slip alerts.
• A logo (optional). Without one, the shop shows its name instead.

Sign up

1. Open app.tellsell.app on your phone or computer and tap Open a free shop.

2. Sign up with LINE (one tap, no password) or with an email address.

3. Every new shop starts on the Free plan. No card is needed, and you can upgrade to Starter, Business or Pro at any time.

4. Enter your shop name and choose your shop’s web address (the part before .tellsell.app).

5. Choose your shop’s main language: Thai (the default) or English.

If you sign up with the LINE account you will use for the shop, the bot knows your shop the moment you add Tellsell as a friend, and you skip the linking step. See Link LINE to your shop.

Shop name and address

The shop name is what buyers see on your shop, in emails and in the bot’s messages. It can be in Thai.

The web address is yourshop.tellsell.app, for example baankafae.tellsell.app.

• Web addresses can only use the Latin letters a–z, digits and hyphens (-), like any web address.
• Choose something short, easy to say and easy to type: it is the link you will share with customers in LINE and on social media.
• The shop is online as soon as you sign up. A new shop has no products until you add the first one.
• Each product gets its own link, such as baankafae.tellsell.app/p/iced-latte.

Business and Pro shops can use their own domain, such as shop.yourname.com, or have us register a new one (990 THB a year). Set it up under Domain in your account.

Your shop’s main language

The main language decides three things:

1. The language of your listings. The AI always writes product names and descriptions, the About page and the banner line in the main language, whatever language you type or speak in.
2. The language the bot uses with you. Replies, previews and alerts are in the main language only.
3. The language of the LINE menu. You get the Thai or English menu, following the shop you are working on.

Tellsell’s own buttons and text for buyers, such as the cart and checkout, exist in both Thai and English for every shop. You can change the main language later on the account pages. See Voice notes and text.

The Free plan

A new shop starts on the Free plan right away, with no card: a real shop that really sells. Upgrade whenever you like.

The Free plan is one shop per person, and a free shop with no messages or orders for 60 days goes to sleep. Send any message to Tellsell in LINE and it opens again at once.

An update is one published product change: a new product, an edited product, a price change or new About text. These never count as updates:

• New products in your first 30 days (up to your plan’s product limit).
• Sold out, back in stock and stock numbers.
• Opening hours, the banner line and shop info.
• Every order button, and Undo.
• Cancelled previews and the bot’s follow-up questions.

Paid orders count only orders you mark Paid, so fake or abandoned orders never use up your plan.

Set up your shop after signing up

After sign-up, the account pages walk you through a short setup in this order.

1. Add Tellsell as a friend in LINE. Scan the QR code shown on the account pages. See Link LINE to your shop.

2. Enter your PromptPay. A phone number or tax ID: the order page then makes a QR with the amount filled in. If you only have a bank QR, upload its image instead, but buyers then type the amount themselves.

3. Set your order email. Every order and every slip is sent to this address.

4. Set how buyers receive orders. Pickup at your shop and/or delivery with one flat fee. You can add free delivery above an amount.

5. Add a logo and banner, and pick a colour theme (optional).

6. Send your first product by LINE. Follow Add your first product.

PromptPay is set on the account pages only

Changing PromptPay changes where your customers’ money goes, so it can only be done on the account pages, behind your log-in. It cannot be changed in the LINE chat, even by the owner. This protects you if someone else is holding your phone.
