Slips and checking payments

After paying by PromptPay QR, the buyer attaches a picture of the slip on the order status page. You get an email and a LINE alert (by plan), and the order card shows Slip to check.

  1. Tap View slip on the order card. The link works for 15 minutes; when it expires, tap Orders again for a new one.

  2. Open your shop’s banking app and see whether the money really arrived.

  3. Check that the amount matches the order total and the time matches the slip.

  4. If it does, tap Paid. If no money arrived, don’t: contact the buyer first.

  • Slips are kept in private storage with no public link.
  • They open only through the View slip button, a temporary link valid for 15 minutes.
  • Buyers can attach a slip only to their own order while it awaits payment, and can replace it.

An order with a slip never expires by itself, because the buyer may already have paid. If a slip waits more than a day, you get a reminder email once a day: … slips waiting for you.
