How to upload multiple photos
One product can have up to 10 photos. You can add them in LINE or on the web, when you create the product or later.
In LINE: send them together
Section titled “In LINE: send them together”-
In the Tellsell chat, pick several photos of the same product and send them in one go.

Type the name and price, or send a voice note.

The bot waits for all the photos, then sends one preview. Check it and tap Publish.
Photos picked and sent together count as one product, not one product per photo. The first photo you sent is the main photo that buyers see first, in your shop and on product cards.
You can also send the name and price first and the photos after. The bot adds them to the same preview and sends it again.
Add more photos to a product you already have
Section titled “Add more photos to a product you already have”Send the new photos and say which product they belong to, such as “add this photo to the iced latte”. The preview is titled Edit: Iced latte and shows 2 new photo(s). New photos are added after the ones the product already has.
On the web
Section titled “On the web”On the account pages, open Products, then Add a product or an existing product, and choose Add photos. Select several photos at once. You can then:
- see the Main photo, which is the first one
- Move earlier or Move later to change the order
- Remove a photo you don’t want
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Up to 10 photos per product. Extra photos are not used, and the bot answers A product can have up to 10 photos.
- Each file up to 20 MB, and it must be an image.
- To read the details, the AI looks at the newest 3 photos at most. All photos stay on the product.
