Edit and delete products

Edit a product

Section titled “Edit a product”

  1. Tap Edit product in the menu. Tellsell sends your products: Choose the product to edit, or type its name.

  2. Pick the product. Tellsell asks What should change in …?

  3. Type or say the change, for example price 350, shorter description, add size XL, or send a new photo.

  4. Check the preview, then tap Publish.

You don’t need the menu: type the product’s name and the change, for example Iced latte price 70. If several products have similar names, Tellsell asks Which product? Type its name.

Each product has a readable link, such as yourshop.tellsell.app/p/iced-latte. When you rename a product, the link changes with it, but links already shared in LINE still bring buyers to the product.

Delete a product

Section titled “Delete a product”

Type delete and the product’s name, for example delete Thai iced tea. Tellsell answers Thai iced tea deleted. and the product leaves your shop at once.

  • Only the shop owner can delete products. Staff get “Only the shop owner can do this.”
  • Deleted the wrong one? Tap Undo in the menu and it comes back with its photos (within your plan’s undo window).
  • Past orders with that product are kept.
