The Free plan
Start free
Section titled “Start free”Every new shop starts on the Free plan right away, with no card. Upgrade to Starter, Business or Pro any time at app.tellsell.app. Nothing is deleted when you upgrade or downgrade: products above a plan’s limit are only hidden.

3 products
Section titled “3 products”When a shop moves to Free, its 3 most recently updated products stay in the shop. The others are not deleted, only hidden, and come back when you upgrade.
5 orders a month
Section titled “5 orders a month”- Every order placed counts, not only paid ones, except orders cancelled without a slip, such as expired ones.
- The new-order email tells you at the 4th and 5th order.
- At 5, your shop stays open for browsing but takes no new orders until the next month, or until you upgrade.
One free shop per person
Section titled “One free shop per person”The Free plan is one shop per person. If you already have a free shop, a second shop needs a paid plan. We recognise the same account, the same owner LINE user or the same PromptPay ID.
Shops that go quiet for 60 days
Section titled “Shops that go quiet for 60 days”A free shop with no messages from its owner or staff and no orders for 60 days goes to sleep, and you get an email. All its data is kept. Send any message to Tellsell in LINE and it opens again at once: Tellsell answers … is open again.
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”-
Pick a plan at
app.tellsell.app, or tap Upgrade plan when Tellsell sends it in the chat. -
It takes effect at once: hidden products come back up to your new plan’s number, and your shop takes orders again.
