A price looks wrong? Tellsell asks first
Section titled “A price looks wrong? Tellsell asks first”If a price is more than 10 times above or below most prices in your shop, for example a typed extra zero, Tellsell asks you to choose before it sends the preview.
A new shop with only a few products may not get this question yet, because there are no prices to compare with. Always check the price in the preview before you publish.
Products that need a review
Section titled “Products that need a review”Some products can’t be sold on Tellsell, or need our team to look first: medicines, weapons, vapes or anything illegal, for example. When the AI sees a product may be one of these, tapping Publish answers:
Saved. This product goes live after our team has checked it.
The product stays off your shop until the team has checked it. If it was a misunderstanding, say a toy water pistol, the team lets it go live.
Dark or blurry photos
Section titled “Dark or blurry photos”The AI looks at the photo every time it writes a listing. If a photo is very dark or blurry, the preview gets a 📷 line suggesting a new one. Send another photo, or publish with this one.
Photos that can’t be used at all, such as files over 20 MB or files that aren’t images, get That photo can’t be used (over 20 MB or not an image). A product can have up to 10 photos.
