Orders in LINE

Tap Orders in the menu. Tellsell sends a card for each order that still needs you; swipe sideways to see them all.

The order of the cards

Most urgent first:

1. Slip to check: the buyer attached a slip; check your banking app.
2. Paid, to send: waiting to be sent or picked up.
3. Refund due: a paid order was cancelled; refund the buyer.
4. Awaiting payment: no slip yet.

One message shows up to 8 orders. With more, Tellsell says Showing … of … orders, most urgent first. Handle the top ones, then tap Orders again for the rest.

With nothing to do, Tellsell answers No orders need you right now.

An order card (simplified)

• The order number, total and status
• The items (shortened on the card when long; the email has them all)
• The buyer’s name, phone and how they receive the order
• The buttons that fit the status: see Paid, Shipped, Cancel

Tip

The Orders button in an alert always opens that shop’s orders, even if you are working on another shop. Orders also keep working while a shop is closed.
