Shop info
Your shop info is what a buyer needs to find and contact you: opening hours, address, phone and the About page. You change all of it by sending a message to the Tellsell bot, in your own words. As with products, you get a preview first and nothing changes until you tap Publish.
See your current shop info
Section titled “See your current shop info”Tap Shop info in the LINE menu. The bot replies with what your shop shows now (a dash means not set):
You don’t have to tap Shop info first: you can send a change at any time.
What you can change by message

You can type or send a voice note, in Thai or English. Whatever language you use, the text is written in your shop’s main language (see Language).
Change something, step by step
Section titled “Change something, step by step”-
Send what should change, for example “open 9am to 6pm, closed on Mondays”.

The bot answers with a preview card: the title says what changes, and for opening hours you see the old value and the new one.

Not right? Reply with a correction in plain words (“until 7pm on Saturdays”), or tap Edit for a hint. The same preview is updated.

Tap Publish. The bot replies “Shop updated ✓” with your shop’s link, and the change is live within moments.

Changed your mind? Tap Cancel instead: nothing changes and nothing is counted.
Opening hours
Section titled “Opening hours”The hours are kept the way you say them (“Mon–Sat 9:00–18:00, closed Sundays”), tidied into one line in your shop’s language. Send the full hours each time: the new text replaces the old one.
For a one-off closure (“closed tomorrow”), use the banner with an end date instead, so your normal hours stay as they are.
Address and phone
Section titled “Address and phone”You can change the address, the phone or both in one message. What you don’t mention stays as it is. The preview is titled Contact and lists Address: and Phone:. On the shop, the phone number can be tapped to call.
About text
Section titled “About text”Your shop has one About page. Tell the bot what to say, as roughly as you like; the AI writes it up in your shop’s language using only what you said. Reply “shorter” or add details until you like it, then tap Publish.
- New About text counts as one update when you publish it. All the tweaks before Publish together are still one update.
- The About link appears in your shop’s menu only once there is About text.
- A photo you send in LINE always starts a product, so don’t send a photo for the About page.

What is set on the account pages instead
Section titled “What is set on the account pages instead”The bot can’t change these; they are on the account pages at app.tellsell.app (being built):
- logo, banner photo and colour theme (see Logo, banner photo and themes);
- PromptPay ID or QR image, delivery and pickup;
- the map link and your shop’s own LINE contact link;
- staff, plan and billing.
Undo a change
Section titled “Undo a change”Tap Undo in the menu to take back your latest change. For shop info the bot asks, for example, “Undo your last change? Opening hours back to: Daily 8:00–17:00”. Tap Undo it to confirm. Undo is free and works within your plan’s undo window.
