Voice notes and text
No need to type much: say it in a voice note, or type a few words. Thai, English or a mix all work. The AI always writes the listing in your shop’s main language.
Send a voice note
Section titled “Send a voice note”-
Send the product photo first (if there is one).
-
Hold the microphone in the chat and say the name, the price and anything customers should know.
-
The bot first replies with what it heard, starting with 🎤, then sends the product preview.
-
Check both the transcript and the preview, then tap Publish.

Voice note rules
Section titled “Voice note rules”- Up to 2 minutes. Longer, and the bot answers Voice notes can be up to 2 minutes. Please send a shorter one.
- If it can’t make it out, the bot answers I couldn’t make that out. Please try again or type it.
- A voice note works for anything you can type: a new product, a price change, marking something sold out.
- Once transcribed, the bot handles it exactly like a typed message.
Type a message
Section titled “Type a message”Type the way you would talk to someone in your shop. The sentence doesn’t need to be tidy; the AI writes it properly.

Thai, English or a mix
Section titled “Thai, English or a mix”You can type or speak any language. The language of the listing depends on your shop’s main language, chosen at sign-up and changeable on the account pages.
Thai shops
Section titled “Thai shops”- Product names are written fully in Thai: translated, or spelled in Thai letters. “Sunday roast” becomes “ซันเดย์โรสต์” or “เนื้ออบสไตล์อังกฤษ”.
- Only brand and model names stay in Latin letters, such as “ลูกฟุตบอล Adidas” or “iPhone 15”.
- Thai and Latin letters are never mixed inside one word.
English shops
Section titled “English shops”- Product names are natural English, the way a shop would write them: “ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง” becomes “Mango sticky rice”.
- A Thai dish or thing without a common English name is written in Latin letters with a few words saying what it is, such as “Khanom chan, layered pandan dessert”.
- Brand and model names stay as they are.
Whatever the language, product link names always use Latin letters, such as /p/khanom-chan, because Thai letters in a link turn into long codes when it is shared in LINE.
Which language the bot uses with you
Section titled “Which language the bot uses with you”Replies, previews, questions, alerts and the menu are all in your shop’s main language only. If you run several shops in different languages, the bot changes language with the shop you are working on.
Second language Coming soon
Section titled “Second language ”Business and Pro shops will be able to add the other language as a second language. The AI will write both versions in the same step, each straight from your own words (never translated twice), the preview will show both before you publish, the shop gets a TH / EN switch, and the second language never counts as an update. For now the AI writes the main language only.
