Undo a change in your shop

Wrong price, deleted the wrong product, or want your old opening hours back? Tap Undo in the menu.

How to undo

1. Tap Undo in the menu.

2. Tellsell says what it would undo: Undo your last change? followed by the details.

3. Tap Undo it to confirm, or Keep if you changed your mind.

4. Tellsell answers ↩️ Undone: … with a link. To go one more step back, tap Undo one more.

What can be undone

Orders and order buttons (Paid, Shipped, Cancel) can’t be undone with this menu.

With nothing to undo in that time, Tellsell answers There is nothing to undo from the last … days.

Note

• Undo never counts as an update.
• Only the shop owner can use Undo.
• If the product changed again after that change, Tellsell says This can’t be undone any more: the product changed after it.
• If your shop is at its plan’s number of products, a deleted product can’t come back until there is room.
