Add your first product

This page takes you through your first product, from start to live. The example is a café adding an “Iced latte” at 65 baht. It takes about two minutes.

Before you start

  • Your LINE is linked to your shop and you can see the menu under the chat. If not, see Link LINE to your shop.
  • You have a product photo on your phone. A good photo has bright light, a plain background and the product filling the frame.

Step by step

  1. Tap Add product in the menu (optional)

    The bot explains how to send a product. If you already know, skip this and send the photo.

  2. Send the product photo

    Pick the photo from your gallery and send it as usual. You can pick up to 10 photos at once; photos sent together count as one product. The first photo becomes the product’s main photo.

  3. Type the name and price

    Write it the way you would say it; there is no need to write a description. You can send the text right after the photo: the bot waits until all photos have arrived, then reads the photos and the text together.

  4. Check the preview

    A few seconds later the bot sends a preview. While it works, you see the typing dots in the chat.

    The preview has the main photo, the name, the price, the category, the description the AI wrote and three buttons: Publish, Edit and Cancel. The product is not in your shop yet.

  5. Change anything you like

    Just type what to change; there is no need to tap a button first. The bot sends a new preview every time. Change it as often as you like before you publish.

    If you tap Edit, the bot answers Type what to change, e.g. “shorter”, “price 120”, “add size XL”, or send more photos.

  6. Tap Publish

    The product is in your shop right away. The bot replies with the product’s link: tap it to see the real product page, or share it with customers.

If you don’t give a price

If you send only a photo, or a name without a price, the bot asks for the price before the preview. A number is enough as an answer.

If you change your mind

Section titled “If you change your mind”

Tap Cancel under the preview. The bot answers Cancelled; nothing changed. The photos sent for that preview are deleted, and it does not count as an update.

If you tap a button on an old preview that was already published or cancelled, the bot answers This was already published or cancelled.

Open previews

Section titled “Open previews”
  • You have one open preview at a time per shop. The next message about the same product, such as “price 70”, changes that preview.
  • If you send something unrelated, such as photos of another product, the old preview is set aside (cancelled) and the bot starts a new one.
  • A preview left alone for more than 24 hours is not continued; your next message starts a new one.

Does it count as an update?

  • In your first 30 days, new products never count as updates (up to your plan’s product limit). It is the best time to put your whole range online.
  • After that, one new product uses one update, when you tap Publish.
  • All changes before Publish together count as one update, and cancelling never counts.

Once you have used about 80% of the month’s updates, the bot adds a line to its reply, such as 8 updates left this month., with the buttons Buy 50 updates and Upgrade plan.
