Order alerts

Email: every order, every plan

Each new order, and each slip a buyer attaches, sends an email to your shop’s alert address (set on the account pages). The new-order email lists the items, the total, the buyer’s name and phone, how they receive the order and their note. Emails are in your shop’s main language.

LINE: instant alerts by plan

New orders and slips also arrive in the Tellsell chat at once, with an Orders button.

• LINE alerts go to the shop owner. If a shop has more than one owner, each alert to each owner uses one from the allowance.
• Near the end of the allowance, the alert says how many are left, and the month’s last one says it is the last.
• After that you still get every order by email, and see them under Orders in the menu.
• The allowance starts again each month on your billing day.

Tip

Staff don’t get alerts, but they can see and handle orders with Orders in their own menu.
