What is Tellsell
Tellsell is an online shop for shops and businesses in Thailand. You add products and handle orders by sending messages in LINE. Buyers browse, add to cart and order on your shop at yourshop.tellsell.app, then pay with a PromptPay QR that already has the amount filled in.
There is no new app to install, no web pages to arrange and no product text to write. Send a photo with the name and price, and the AI assistant writes the listing. You check the preview, then tap Publish.
How it works

- You send a message in LINE: a photo, text or a voice note, in Thai, English or a mix.
- The AI reads the photo and your words and writes the product name, description, category and the product’s link. If something essential is missing, such as the price, the bot asks one question.
- You always see a preview first. It has the buttons Publish, Edit and Cancel. You can also type a change, such as “shorter” or “price 70”.
- Tap Publish. The product is in your shop right away and the bot sends you its link.
Nothing goes live until you tap Publish.

Buyers never see the Tellsell LINE account and never add it as a friend; they only use your shop. To talk with customers you keep using your shop’s own LINE: the “Chat with the shop on LINE” button on your shop and in buyer emails leads to it.
What your shop contains
Section titled “What your shop contains”Tellsell is a shop, not a website builder. Every shop uses the same clean design; your photos and logo give it its look.
- Products: name, price, up to 10 photos, description and category.
- Options: one group per product, such as Size S / M / L, all at the same price.
- Stock (optional): a count per product or per option; at 0 the item shows as sold out by itself.
- About page: one page.
- Shop info: opening hours, address, phone and your shop’s LINE contact button.
- Banner line: a short line at the top of the shop, such as “Closed Monday” or “20% off until Friday”.
- Cart and checkout: buyers order without creating an account.
Left out on purpose: blog, gallery, extra pages, buyer accounts and combined options such as size × colour. If you want a full website, foxworks builds one, and the products already in Tellsell carry over without retyping.
Getting paid
Section titled “Getting paid”For now, Tellsell takes payment by PromptPay QR only.
- The buyer places an order. The order page shows a PromptPay QR with the exact order total.
- The buyer scans it in their banking app, pays, and attaches the slip on the order page.
- You get an alert, check in your banking app that the money arrived, then tap Paid in LINE.
The money goes straight to your own PromptPay account, never through Tellsell.
Card and wallet payments through Payso Coming soon will come later, on Business and Pro. Free and Starter shops take PromptPay QR.
Who can run the shop

What the AI does and doesn’t do
Section titled “What the AI does and doesn’t do”- Writes for you: the product name, a 1–3 sentence description, the category and a link name in Latin letters, such as
/p/iced-latte. - Never invents facts: it describes only what is visible in the photo or what you said. It does not guess brand, size, material, authenticity, origin or condition.
- Checks prices: a price far from the rest of your shop gets a question first, such as “Did you mean ฿39 or ฿390?”.
- Watches for prohibited items: items that may not be sold online, or that look counterfeit, wait for a check by our team before they go live.
- Writes in your shop’s main language, whatever language you type or speak in.
