Switch shop

When your LINE is linked to more than one shop, the menu gets a Switch shop button above Help.

Choose a shop

1. Tap Switch shop in the menu.

2. Tellsell lists your shops: Choose the shop to work on.

3. Tap a shop. Tellsell answers Now working on …

Everything after this goes to the shop you chose

After switching

• Photos, messages and every menu button work on the chosen shop.
• The menu and the bot switch to that shop’s main language.
• Order alerts still come from every shop. The Orders button in an alert always opens that shop’s orders, with no need to switch first.

Tip

Before sending a product photo, make sure you are working on the right shop. Sent it to the wrong one? Tap Cancel on the preview, or Undo after publishing.

The Free plan is one shop per person: a second shop needs a paid plan. See the Free plan.
